ITV ‘launches new dating show The Cabins’ and is looking for singletons – Metro.co.uk

ITV is thought to be launching another dating show – and it’s already looking for single contestants.

Yes, after Love Island was postponed until 2021 following the coronavirus pandemic, it appears the network is giving us all something else to look forward to, which currently has the working title, The Cabins.

Joining forces with 12 Yard Productions, the website is urging singletons to apply and has already given a sneak peek at what they can expect from the venture.

’12 Yard Productions are now casting for a ground-breaking dating show for ITV2 giving you a unique opportunity to build a real emotional connection with someone that’s often lacking in modern dating,’ a snippet on the website reads.

‘We are looking for funny singles with great personalities who are fed up with superficial dating apps, small talk that goes nowhere and endless ghosting.’

The application form states that you must be 18 or over to apply for the show, and be a permanent legal resident that is currently living in the United Kingdom.

It also appears that the programme has its very own Instagram – with followers already commenting that they have applied to be on the show (including plumber Darren Joe Watson who has previously appeared on both Blind Date and Peter
