CALLING all single ladies – it’s time to give your dating apps a refresh, as tomorrow’s the biggest day of the year for online dating.

Dubbed Singles Day, the first Sunday of every year sparks a spike in lonely hearts looking for love – and 2020 is sure to be no different.

Millions of Brits are expected to log into dating apps tomorrow.

A third of singletons are thought to have vowed to change their approach to dating in their New Year’s resolutions, according to Match.com, spurred on by dating shows like Love Island.

While among younger daters (aged 18-34) some 55 per cent are thought to be keen to shake things up in the romance department.

With Winter Love Island just days away, as well as the return of Ex on the Beach, it’s thought the small screen is putting a fresh importance on ‘coupling up’ among young adults.
